Dislikes

Your reporting manager is different and your project manager is different. Hence it’s difficult to get your RM (reporting manager)know what we are up to on every day basis. RM too is responsible for our appraisal and promotion who has no idea about how good we are at work.

Long term projects have a good work life balance. You can take leaves when needed or even plan vacations.

Dislikes

Short term projects are the worst. The marketing team sets unrealistic expectations with the client and in turn developers and team has to suffer. Some managers are really unprofessional and rude. You are not supposed to fall ill if you are on a short term project. Managers ask team leads to shout on developers to make them when beyond work hours.

No hike, no help from team, not much to learn. You will be in the same account but the client keeps on changing every 3-4 months, no stable projects. No team interaction, you will be interacting only with client side employees. You have to go to office 2 days in a week but there wont be any team. And 8 hour is mandatory.

No work life balance, no good projects in hand. Increments not good. Low job satisfaction. Higher management squeeze people like anything, HR just play the role of formality, don't expect anything from them.

A mediocre company with a highly unprofessional culture. The CEO's use of inappropriate language including the word fu**ing is both appalling and unacceptable. Additionally, the so called global HR head along with several others comes across irritating and lacking in professionalism. Terrible place to work.

- Hybrid work culture. You have to visit office twice a week. - Good office space in both the locations of Bengaluru although cafeteria can improve with more food options

Dislikes

- Lack of processes. It doesn't have a system in place like other big service based organizations. Lot of uncertainties on the next steps - Bench policy i.e. no job security. You will be asked to resign after certain number of months on bench. It varies according to your skills, experience and how niche it is. _ Appraisals/Promotion get delayed.

In my one and half years of tenure I observed that work life balance is average . I was asked to leave as they didn’t have much project still they give 3 months of notice . At least that much ethics they have . Training’s are good and they focus more on empowering their employee.

Small company with very less projects , they can’t afford people on bench . Hence job security is not there . Senior managements are not that good .

Work Life balance is good and so is the average salary of most people working here however it would be more beneficial to have flexible working options.

Dislikes

Depending on what your project and engagement is you may feel left out. Org is a pure consulting firm mostly operating in T&M mode so projects have a very short stint post which you go back to bench pool. This keeps happening and seems to be just the way the org works sometimes leading to feeling lesser sense of stability in the job.

Work life is balanced. Encouragement on professional aspect. Work colleagues are the best makes it homely like environment.

Not any dislikes but a quite genuine one of choosing the work type - hybrid / remote. But this is the same case in any of the other companies
