Terrible place to work at. If you're looking for growth, employee centric behaviour, employee benefits and perks, I'd say skip this place. Brillio offers you none of those. For eg. Your reporting manager doesn't even know what projects you worked on in the year and will be rating your performance for appraisal. You can imagine the rest.
