Leave alone the situation during COVID-19. Expecting the company to pay you salary every month is bizzar account to the Managing Director. You will be paid once in 3 months fo which you have to chase the management for days. They speak as if salary is not important to the employees. Few people have filed a complaint against the company at the labour office and few have left the job with 3 months salary due. Once simple thing is that the management will be ready to talk about the situation of the employees at anytime they want but when an employee talk about salary issues and others, the managing director will isolate you in the workplace. They are literally running a charitable trust. The employees are volunteers. People with commiteement please do not join this organisation....Read More

If you could ready the above statement you will understand what I hate. Mr. Ganapathy, the managing director will give you number of false promises and always speaks unrealistic things. They are worse than a blood obsorbing insect. Worse than this Corona virus. Spoiling loves of young individuals without paying them.
