Early log ins and log outs... basically shift timings. But in winters it didn't work for me.

Well, everything. There was no team when I joined and I was not informed at the time of the interview. Other than me only 2 more employees were there under some Australian Chinese lady who always sounded like crazy over calls. Everyone had created pathetic buzz about her stupid and ugly work ethics. She always had unrealistic expectations from her team of 2-3 people. I was threatened on her name the whole time since the day I joined. No training was given, no work was explained to me and I guessing over the work I was asked to deliver. I was made to create reports which were never required but I was told to complete the work in insanely less time like it's very urgent and then the report dumped. Before dumping my work I was humiliated by wach of them and every single day I was made feel like I am not good enough for that role. Though sometimes I was given hope of getting hell in learning and growing but more than that they totally crushed my confidence that I only survived there for couple of months. I was threatened to be kicked out if I fail to impress that Australian lady and once asked to move forward for better opportunity. They themselves had no standard of working, no set pattern of moving things forward and according to them I was hired to bring something on table and for that every single day I was lectured to get a vision till such an extent that I broke down<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I was an analyst whom they tricked to less salary and the other two people who held 8-10 years of experience looked towards to me to have a vision and create a process and life cycle</mark>. It was clear that they were failing. It was most because of that Australian lady and her stubborn behaviour and rude attitude. They had absolutely old way of doing things so of course my views were useless according to them as they dis have enough money to invest in improvement and better employees. You have plenty of time to upskill by self learning. State of the art workspace cum office at prime location. Facilities Management is quite good compared to Indian MNC. Eg free food, free cab , hybrid working, free milk , free tea coffee, company outings etc. If you are lucky enough to get in the good team then possibly you get short term, longterm inter-national visits including secondment if you become a frequent traveller due to client requirements 😀 . Excellent salary if you have niche skills in your job role. Trust me this Company give you 3x LPA against your experience if you negotiate well at the time of joining. Every company have their own positives & negatives, but honestly i would suggest you to get as much information as possible about the job role and team during your interview and forget about all the negatives stated by other colleagues and including myself. Trust me I had face so many negative constraints during my association withthis good company but I was only focused on my goals, duties as part of day job and I tried to get all knowledge no matter about the size or source. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> I only keep on working without emphasizing much on increment or salary hike</mark>. honestly speaking tried few couple of times but I didn't get any help neither from my long tales of reporting managers nor local HR people. Don't judge me please; my market value was not that low & i knew that so I started looking opportunities outside of the company and my hard work and patience rewarded me when I got opportunities outside approx 2 × hike. So, don't bothered about the negatives just focus on positives and your goals and if you can't meet expectations you always have opportunities in open market. The Company is open to innovation and adopt new technology. I am part of Bravura from last year March and it has been incredible journey. The best part is the friendly atmosphere in the company, transparency all the decision are informed to the employees which enable sense of trust.

Dislikes

Not sure about the compensation, this is the first time I will be getting it. The company really invest in the people and their training

1. 8 hour shift unlike consultancy which is 9 hours. 2. Spacious workspace with adjustable tables and table mounted dual monitors. 3. Free Food. 4. Free Cab pickup for all shifts. 5. Free health insurance for complete family of 7.5 Lakh INR. 6. Super clean restrooms.

Dislikes

1. Learning curve is not very steep. Kind of doing same repetitive task. 2. Lack in new technologies training. 3. Compensation could be better.

Bravura has very good work culture. Work life balance is also very good. Their HR policies are very good. Rewards and pay are as per performance. The best part is no boot-licking at all.

There is less on site opportunities.

Working as a Senior Developer in Bravura Solution. It is a product based company. They are having finance domain product. I got opportunity to work like enhancement, defect fixing and in R&D for developing their own DB framework.
