Early log ins and log outs... basically shift timings. But in winters it didn't work for me.

Well, everything. There was no team when I joined and I was not informed at the time of the interview. Other than me only 2 more employees were there under some Australian Chinese lady who always sounded like crazy over calls. Everyone had created pathetic buzz about her stupid and ugly work ethics. She always had unrealistic expectations from her team of 2-3 people. I was threatened on her name the whole time since the day I joined. No training was given, no work was explained to me and I guessing over the work I was asked to deliver. I was made to create reports which were never required but I was told to complete the work in insanely less time like it's very urgent and then the report dumped. Before dumping my work I was humiliated by wach of them and every single day I was made feel like I am not good enough for that role. Though sometimes I was given hope of getting hell in learning and growing but more than that they totally crushed my confidence that I only survived there for couple of months. I was threatened to be kicked out if I fail to impress that Australian lady and once asked to move forward for better opportunity. They themselves had no standard of working, no set pattern of moving things forward and according to them I was hired to bring something on table and for that every single day I was lectured to get a vision till such an extent that I broke down. I was an analyst whom they tricked to less salary and the other two people who held 8-10 years of experience looked towards to me to have a vision and create a process and life cycle. It was clear that they were failing. It was most because of that Australian lady and her stubborn behaviour and rude attitude. They had absolutely old way of doing things so of course my views were useless according to them as they dis have enough money to invest in improvement and better employees. Support functions are making fool to UK and Australia management, Facilities are often found in mall and campus for shopping in working days, they are least bothered about office and transport and HR manager is clueless showing Hitler attitude to employees, no privacy only politics are roaming around, not advise to join anyone in support as they are doing politics too.

Work Culture is very good. Management is open to suggestions. Has a Hybrid Ways of working policy, wherein employees need to be in office only 50% of days. Good Work Life Balance. Cab facility to and from office. Very Good Health and Term Insurance policy for employees

Everything as of now. Things are becoming poor to poorer by each passing day. Management is clueless especially India support management. They are very unclear with the strategy/agenda.So many experienced as well as new joiners have left still the management continuous to demotivate. Too much of work pressure and no work life balance. The culture we had earlier is ruined by the Indian management. They assume that they are almighty and not managers.
