There is no work-life balance here. Managers force you to work extra hours and weekends without being paid for it. Even though 40% of the team has left the company, no hiring is done, as the remaining people are forced to do the work. the company is a hidden gem. There are a lot of perks here like cab, food, HR events, medical insurance, a lot of leaves, and most of all culture. The company culture is very nice. Its a proper MNC without any MNC hierarchies. You can approach even CEO with enough effort and you'll be heard. While working here, my experience was very pleasant and overall I'll say its what you make of it. If you keep complaining than finding solutions of your problems then it would be bad anywhere. As far as pay goes, its not the best but considering everything else given by company you'll be better off here than a couple lakhs more somewhere else. Its a product based company so there is a lot of internal innovation that keeps on happening.
