Work culture and work life balance is very good. People are helpful and supportive. Scale and spread of the company is great. Learning and upgrading facilities will be provided.

Work could be a bit monotonous. Growth prospects in India is limited and learning is upto the employee.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
