The company is a good choice for starting a career as a fresher, they've performed well in comparison to companies in the same industry also the company ensures the salary are paid on time and offers additional benefits such as insurance coverage. For experience: If you don't have a job you can join but there is no job security.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
