Job safety as tough for them to find another and most of the time the position is vacant.

Dislikes

1. The NSM/HOD behaves like a NAWAAB ;) 2. The company is still living in pre independence era. 3. No planning, thought process or guidance. 4. No marketing and brand building and ASM is solely responsible to get sales and growth. 5. Seniors are rude and misbehave if you disagree. 6. The pay and allowances are very poor and still like 1990s.

Some middle level managers are very bad. They torture you. They behave like they are the only one who knows everything. They create such situations that you will automatically leave the organization. Very bad politics. No support at all
