Description:
The sales position will be responsible to drive and lead the regional team in the achievement of sales target and realization, guide the area sales managers in relationship development and be accountable for all activities within the region. To manage overall business delivery and operation of the region through efficient resource allocation, people management and internal coordination
Strategy and Planning
1. Develop Regional sales strategy in alignment with business vision for achievement of annual regional sales targets, expansion & retention of customer base
2. Set area wise sales targets for each product in alignment with overall Region sales strategy and share with the various ASMs
3. Develop an efficient distribution channel in the region by identifying and developing the key Stockists and channel partners
4. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information to identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
5. Prepare the sales budget for the region in consultation with Head H1 / H2 and submit the same for approval
6. Provide inputs to Head H1/H2 on product portfolio and pricing decisions in the region
Operational Efficiency
7. Ensure adequate market & outlet coverage for Hamdard products in the allocated region
8. Ensure smooth and effective rollout of Trade Discounts and promotions
9. Ensure smooth rollout of C&FA in the states of his region
10. Communicate the deviations on sales targets to the H1/H2 Head to ensure timely correction of demand plans
11. Track achievement of the sales targets by monitoring sales reports, realization & collections, and modify and correct area-wise allocation accordingly
12. Monitor the coordination between CDO, C&FA and stockists for stock availability as per plan
13. Conduct regular sales review meetings for identification of issues affecting realization and discuss the sales trends/best practices
14. Support the Key Account Manager in driving Modern Trade sales in the region
15. Drive development of the Hakim and Unani outlets network (applicable to H2 RSMs)
16. Direct the selling activities within the region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions
17. Maximize profitability of the region by ensuring adequate focus on cost (Direct Selling Expenses etc)
18. Provide data/time as required by the S&OP guidelines for RSMs
Education: Graduate
Decent ability in analysing data using Microsoft Exce
Annual CTC: Up to ₹21.75 LPA, Based on experience and qualifications
