There is nothing to like in this company. HR department is the worst department. No matter how many calls you make, they are so stubborn that they won't even receive the phone.

was working in GD Foods whose brand name is Tops. I was fired from the job by my senior because I raised my voice in the interest of the company. The thing is that Our super stockist does not provide DMS bill to any sub distributor due to which every distributor is forced to sell the goods by increasing the price by 2 to 3 percent. When I complained about this to Asm, RSM, ZSM, NSM and even HR department about the super stockist, I was instead transferred from Bihar to Delhi when I refused to go to Delhi then I was terminated, my only mistake was that I raised my voice for a good thing,What was not done to me, even the application on which I was working was taken away from me, after that my salary and expenses were held I was pressurized in many ways to resign but I stood firm on the truth when they lost in every way then I was transferred from Bihar to New Delhi. This is the story of our GD Food S senior. This incident happened with me which is very clear, I have at least 100 mails as proof which I have sent to each and every senior.. Then later I came to know that everyone from top to bottom is involved in this shady business with the super stockist and juniors like us are made scapegoats. Regards! Gaya , Bihar...Read More

Dislikes

There is no timely appraisal or they not even increase salary as per market norms, no PF deduction, no work life balance, very rude behavior of seniors, salary and TA DA not on time, HR is helpless in every situation and he is good for nothing, No job security etc

GD Food never compromises on its quality. Its products are much better than any other competitor and are many times better than them.

Dislikes

We should also grow some other products. Like papad,murba,5rs noodles which is attached to our food related items, which is in demand in the market but we don't have it.
