There is nothing pros of this company. Specially if you are working in Mobility service team. If you are fresher, you will have a good time but if you are a mid level experience guy then it's a next hell for you. Your ideas will be suppressed, you will be humiliated, your efforts will go unnoticed. No project clarity No working or coding guidelines They don't know how to mitigate the issue if any problem comes. They just blame the developer. No work satisfaction, they just give best rating to those who puts yes with manager's yes. No justification of what exactly is the root cause. And finally there is a worst HR.
