There are many useless group managers who know nothing other than politics. They don't know what their team members are doing. These group managers are just like government babus without contributing much to the organization, but drawing hefty package.

In coimbatore, RBEI there are lots of discrimination against people from Northern n eastern part of India. HRs are useless. I was denied many opportunities n I was harassed a lot. Their grievance regressal cell GRC is useless too. Only local tamil guys are given preference even though they are below average. Many even don't know how to write n speak proper English. Bosch India is degrading.
