It is very difficult to get on sites these days. But there are few people who will always keep on going for onsites, no matter what happens. They should give chance to new people. Some times there is office politics. Some team leads they are exceptional. They will help you and guide you in right direction.Work culture is very good. Good training and certification facilities. Overall it is good. If you are a fresher then try avoiding this company. It is purely luck as in which project you will be working. If in some case the project does not deals much with technical things then it may become very difficult after 2-3 years. But for experienced people if you are looking to get settled down then this is by far the best company.They have very good policies,job security and above all great work life balance....Read More
