Dislikes

Less projects. Office politics is more. You'll suffer a lot if you started your career in a wrong team. No onsights due to current market condition.

Work-life balance is good, lots of training available to develop professional skills, encourages more innovations

more of politics among low level management, onsite opportunities are becoming less almost nil, less salary package, job security is in question as company focuses on more automation
