Working here was a nightmare! The owner seems to have no idea of how to run a company. Employees are treated as disposable and are often fired within 2-3 months of joining if they fail to meet their unrealistic targets. There is no job security. The company lacks solid HR policies and more than 100 employees were fired in a calendaryear for the same reason. No one should have to endure this kind of environment. In my 12 years of experience, this has undoubtedly been the worst. The pressure to make sales is unbearable. I would like to warn everyone about this company, no matter how bad your situation, do not join this company. A lesson learn the hard way.
