Overall It's a good experience working with MITS. All the HR staff is very co operative, polite and supportive. Whenever I face any issue or query HR people try to resolve the issue very efficiently.

Operations departments are literal hell. Product control and MO teams have great worklife balance but management in FX and Derivs space is extremely toxic. 0 worklife balance and job security is also soon not going to be there due to the incoming offshore process migrations.

1) Politics are playing by legacy managers to making toxic environment for new employee forcing to resignation indirectly instead of giving support however organization is great one. 2) Human Resource people totally useless because taking full control by managers only 3) No proper appraisal evaluation

Most important job security... which everyone's need I.e there. Apart from that diversify works mens if u yiu are not wing to carry on in your current role u can move any department as per your wish. Company gives opportunity to learn at work place. Provide many trainings as per your need and even you assign training aa per your reference..... Flexible work hrs - would also depend on manager. Food Subsidy Office is very clean and well maintained

HR is usless. They only support management. Manager is very disrespectful to employees. treat the Indian employees as second class citizens. They do not value employees who have been with the company for long they would rather hire someone who had less experience give higher designation but not promote existing employees.
