Most important job security... which everyone's need I.e there. Apart from that diversify works mens if u yiu are not wing to carry on in your current role u can move any department as per your wish. HR is usless. They only support management. Manager is very disrespectful to employees. treat the Indian employees as second class citizens. They do not value employees who have been with the company for long they would rather hire someone who had less experience give higher designation but not promote existing employees.

Initially the software testers were respected in this organisation when there was separate QA department in the organisation. Worst decision made from a company perspective to close it down.
