Dislikes

Poor management system, Some Leads and Management in UK KYC team are too bossy makes their own protocols and poor HR policies and HR management is not supportive. No Extra activities inspite of being a big name in market. Poor annual hikes. No policies for ppl who meet with big accident it will still be LWP if u have any kind of medical conditions. Over all it's an average company.

Join BNP or Nomura?

Hi, Im currently drawing a ctc of 12 fixed while BnP has offered me 22 fixed and nomura has spoken verbally about 28 fixed? which company i should join for better growth oppurtunites and wlb? they both are very similar in benefits but i fear jobs security as i am the sole bread earner and have responsibilites. Tech stack - Angular spring boot sql Yoe - 5+. Any input will be appreciated. Thank you.
