It is not a place for learning and developing your skill, Most of the managers are very rude. The hr team is useless. If you raise any issues they won't respond properly. It is not a good place for freshers. Even pay wise also not good like their competitor.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
