For BNPP ISPL Mumbai --> very good environment. BNPP ISPL Chennai --> not so great just ok or below. Mostly good team members. Good learning through various training programs.

BNPP ISPL Chennai is on downfall. 2 years back it used to be very good but after 2016 getting worse day by day. Talented resources are moving out exponentially because new managers are being hired from local region service companies who can't even speak english clearly or convey solutions even in front of Onsite Paris team :( and tocounter attack it they focus more on micro management and noticing who is coming after 10am or leaving before 7pm and in a chance to criticise rather then maintaining a healthy and pleasant work environment.
