I worked as a fresher. Awesome company to start a career with. You will be provided enough technical bombarding which will help in your career to grow. Employees are very professional.

Dislikes

Employees are not ready to share the technical knowledge which is not good for industries like IT. Promotions are very few. Salaries are less as compared to other banks.

The work culture is good. Team is also good and very supportive when you are new or stuck somewhere ☺️.

Compensation is not good. They are not following the slab for position wise. E.g. Some time they are hiring Senior Associate with the pay of associate or low. Otherwise it is good to work with BNP Paribas and you will be find opportunities to grow in the organisation.

Good work life balance but in quarter ends very challenging to maintain person life. Since we have to work 15 to 18 hours for few days.

The Bank is very stable, job security wise it's good, for average and below average employees this is the best place to be.

Dislikes

This company is against the basic principals of natural justice. During COVID they made their employees carry their desktops with accessories on their own to their respective homes, moreover, after COVID they made them bring them back on their own, no packing no logistics support no technical support. This company is slow. Its so slow that all above average employees are leaving and then too the company is not understanding the value of quality employees. Its almost like they're waiting for the senior members to go so that they hire cheap and insufficient under qualified labour. They just don't want to give any benefits to anyone.
