You will be fooled by the consultant or the Hr About the job offer and when you join the company you will shock about the culture and the environment of the company better not to join this company just because its a group name company. If you sre looking for growth and skills to develop than never join here because no SOP no vision and seniors are pathetic having no good knowledge about the work to take it further but will blame on you within a month . Commercial department is worst and accounts department is bad having no idea how to close books of accounts.
