This company is better for learning, and gaining experience. Some seniors are friendly and support the freshers.

Dislikes

Management is not concerned about employees. They are not employee friendly, Low salary, High working time, Night outs and Sunday works has no limits.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
