Workplace culture is similar to that of a School; performance issue arise during an increment, the mentor is unsupportive and didn't explain functionality properly. They doesn't follow agile methodology & followes waterfall model. No other any latest technology projects exist like Angular & Core, & the senior team rarely responds promptly when a developer gets stuck on some functionality. Also does not provide a compensation to developer for overtime....Read More
