It is a good platform for beginners to get a learning experience and provides considerably good salary.

There is no training program for any profile. One has to learn everything onhis own and rely only on his individual knowledge. We have to go to office and the wfh allotted are not enough.

Slow towards brand creation/building and establishing status quo with such amount of potential. Leave (mostly EL' s, etc.) structure for employee needs improvements/change. Flexible Work location option ( i.e. WFH or Hybrid or custom) w.r.t employee choice not available. Unavailability of Regular Cab service for employee by company as other similar competitor companies providing the facility. (this is my personal thought and need, may not be applicable for others too but it will be good if this option is available to employees).
