Extremely disappointing work experience .The work culture was too much toxic, with no respect to the employee's work and no respect for work life balance , poor management , toxic policies and below industry standard in-hand salary , they make always overwork there employee without paying them back with any benefits or respect. Management was unprofessional and always taking things on personal level. They don't care about employee's career growth often leading to stressful environment . Whatever the negative review you may read about this organization are all 100% true , I too understood and experienced it after working . You may find them reverting back on there negative reviews that clearly stats that they too are aware of there work culture . The management lie a lot there words and action does not match at all , taking everything on a personal level says a lot about the level of unprofessionalism they have , moral and ethics does not exist at The Blueflame labs .Work load exist at every other work place that eventually convert to a stressful environment but it's there generally for a period of time like a week , a month but at blueflame labs the issue is they have this work environment throughout the year treating there employee like a slave.Would highly recommend not to join the organization until and unless you are left with no choice...Read More

Get to learn a lot. The company gives opportunity to prove yourself. HR will try to keep all motivated. Good mentorship program. the company encourages entrepreneurship. Appraisal in good market condition is great.

Dislikes

The company has bonds and a loyalty bonus clause on CTC so in hand will be much less. The number of experienced employees is less which can burden freshers which affects service quality and code quality. Employees can be shuffled to different technologies based on a project without given proper training. No compoff for an extra hour you have to spend.
