Expect to work late nights and weekends regularly. **2. Zero Client Retention Rate:** In the past six months alone, they lost four major clients due to poor management and lackluster service. This has created a highly unstable work environment. **3. Project-Based Hiring:** Employees are hired on a project basis, which results in a lack of job security. Once a project is completed, there's no guarantee of continued employment. **4. Incompetent Managers:** The managerial staff lacks both product knowledge and basic managerial skills. They are unable to guide their teams effectively, leading to chaos and frustration. **5. Micromanagement:** Micromanagement is rampant. Managers treat employees like production machines, devoid of empathy and humanity. The constant oversight stifles creativity and autonomy. **6. HR as a Bouncer:** The HR department acts more like a legally appointed bouncer than a support system for employees.
