U want to share my experience regarding the job offer I received for a Senior Analyst for Credit analyst at Pune. I regret to say that was my trust in this company was misplaced. After resigning from my current Job based on their offer, I received a call from HR just 3days before my joining date, informing me that they were withdrawing the offer. This sudden decision left me feeling extremely disappointed. When I reached out to HR Mohit Trikha and Sana khan for clarification, I was met with vague responses and no satisfactory explanation. They mentioned that they could not provide any compensation or support. Where i lost money for advance ticket booking from Hyd to Pune, which further added to my frustration. This experience has led me to believe that there is no job security within the company, even after joining. I strongly advise potential candidates to think twice before accepting an offer from this company, especially for credit analyst position in Pune. The lack of professionalism and reliability raises serious concerns about their operations and the trust worthiness they claim to upload with clients and employees. 1. Toxic culture, unprofessional and no work ethics 2.People on higher management role, even with unprofessional behaviour are encouraged by not taking any actions against them. 3. Wrong people hired on managerial level, with no relevant experience and resulting in deals calling off. 4. Micro management, plus impractical expectations. 5. Employees are being treated like factory workers. 6. Even after providing clear feedback about all the shortcomings in the company, nothing is done to improve. 7. People with "yes sir"/ "boss is always right" attitude are promoted. 8. If they don't like you, the higher management will have a vindictive approach towards you. 9. You will not be valued as an employee because they can hire other people from the market with a lower salary....Read More
