Everything. 1. Managers are exploitative to the core. They are rude and shout at you anything that comes to their mind without hesitation. 2. For such a great company as they claim they are, they do not even have an IT Team and instead reprimand the workers when something goes technically wrong. 3. They won't care if your mother passes, you won't be given leave. 4. Mass Lay Offs, the biggest insecurity. 5. They make you work 9 hours constantly and exploit the most work out of you, even much more than the client asked for. 6. Managers are uncouth and unsophisticated, cannot behave properly and cannot speak proper English. 7. Fake company, does not even give experience letter after 4 months of leaving company. Work experience goes to waste without letter. 8. They scare employees with termination at the slightest mistake even during probation. Unsafe working environment. 9. Mentally taxing and exhausting to work for their circle of evil. 10. Racist policies, mostly South Indians are given major positions. Overall, do not go here if you do not want to add grief and insult to your life. They will be closed soon anyway, with their exploitative policies....Read More

While I believe Han Digital Solutions has a lot of potential, encountered some challenges during our collaboration. The AI tools are Innovative, but there were a few initial Hiccups with integration into our existing systems. However, the team was response and worked hard to address our concerns.

Nothing, they hire in bulk and then terminate 1000+ employees without any notice. Just before 2 days they terminated us! The process has been ramped down and they are not willing even to pay and fulfill the F&F things.

Dislikes

Everything. They make you work for 10+ hours. They promise that you are full time then fire you without any notice or payment. ALL SMEs, TL, associates, and mangers get the same payment. And the CEO is the mastermind, as he has a lot of projects on hand but still he will fire you. They bully you! They forced us to put down papers for resignation. They don't want to make their image BAD.

Positive is really hard to collect but I will vote down to independcy to adapt or implement to any practise or methods you are ready to go with.

Dislikes

Self development and learning is subjective as a part but if you are seeing a threshold string for future you can't find proper guidance here.And the operations team's allocation is a chaos there is no streamlined process scheduling. To be Frank some of the managers are not much tenured and they have lesser understanding level on the projects they work on.

The only perk about this company was it has provided work from home, but that too was gone when the company lay off most of its employees when they were unable to secure any project from the clients

Dislikes

Despite not having any project on the go, the company kept hiring people, and when the project finally ran down, it laid off people who had only worked for 15 days. That behaviour is pathetic
