Positive is really hard to collect but I will vote down to independcy to adapt or implement to any practise or methods you are ready to go with.

Dislikes

Self development and learning is subjective as a part but if you are seeing a threshold string for future you can't find proper guidance here.And the operations team's allocation is a chaos there is no streamlined process scheduling. To be Frank some of the managers are not much tenured and they have lesser understanding level on the projects they work on.

Han digital provides good service to there employees by providing sustainable working hours, and remote working. The work culture in the organization is to friendly for the freshers, the organization train there employees from scratch.

I recently worked with Han Digital solutions during project, I believe there is lot of potential for them to grow and evolve.

The only perk about this company was it has provided work from home, but that too was gone when the company lay off most of its employees when they were unable to secure any project from the clients

Dislikes

Despite not having any project on the go, the company kept hiring people, and when the project finally ran down, it laid off people who had only worked for 15 days. That behaviour is pathetic

Nothing, they hire in bulk and then terminate 1000+ employees without any notice. Just before 2 days they terminated us! The process has been ramped down and they are not willing even to pay and fulfill the F&F things.

Dislikes

Everything. They make you work for 10+ hours. They promise that you are full time then fire you without any notice or payment. ALL SMEs, TL, associates, and mangers get the same payment. And the CEO is the mastermind, as he has a lot of projects on hand but still he will fire you. They bully you! They forced us to put down papers for resignation. They don't want to make their image BAD.
