The only good thing is the name in the market which attracts youngsters to join BLS

Dislikes

Everything. Its not office, its a jail where an eye is kept on how much water you drink, how many times you go to washroom, you eat outside food or home-cooked food. You cannot go out even for lunch, you have to complete at least 9 hours in that office before you step out. You can be asked anytime to resign as per their mood becausethey don't value people. What else? You have to take permission to breath as well. Lol. They work like a detective agency whether you talk about the owner or the COO, they don't have professional language. Well, never work here. I repeat Never even think of. The most terrible place I have seen in my career....Read More
