Everything Based on Manger CTO will degrade employees they will interfere on every on personal matters based on the manger buckets hikes and promotion will be given on of the Manger who is currently joined as lead and lead to manger post based on bucket. if he like an employee then only all beneficent else you will be personal target and he will forcefully tell to resign your job. Its a Family and Friends business. You won't be recognised or treated right if you are not part of their friend circle. People in the friend circle will move to the top with unbelievably minimum effort. The CTO and his band of friends is on a mission to destroy the company.
