It is extremely Toxic company Backend lead micromanages everyone and front end lead gives requirement only to handle from backend developer if we tell to add validation from front end side he will report to CTO devops lead always micromanages office with CCTV camera who talks to whom in office and he never lets his go out even in break time tough he is irregular to office Backend lead micromanages entire office with giving more task by end of the day he ask update even in washroom CTO is supporting his group of friends and for him switching from one technology to another is simple thing without any proper training even we 5 minutes late to office they will behave it as big escalation today one project will be priority but next day that project is waste one project they will make us rework 365 days tough it will not be completed....Read More

Everything Based on Manger CTO will degrade employees they will interfere on every on personal matters based on the manger buckets hikes and promotion will be given on of the Manger who is currently joined as lead and lead to manger post based on bucket. if he like an employee then only all beneficent else you will be personal target and he will forcefully tell to resign your job.
