The product which they have is very good project to work on.

Dislikes

The company culture is very bad. Lack of effective leadership can be seen at each and every level. The work environment is very bad for even most experienced IT professionals for freshers it's even worse. They will keep make you switch technologies within very short time in which you can't even learn something. The office politics is very bad and it really reduce anyone's will to work. The bond which they will make you sign at joining is also very compulsive and will deduct a big part of your salary for a very long period of time, even if you are experienced. In the end I would say do not join unless you have no other option....Read More

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
