Job security is there, company culture is good, you will get good compensation and hike if you are worthy.

Dislikes

Doesn't have enough projects to work upon, you will find to struggle to get your preferred projects. I personally struggling now to get my preferred project.

Work life balance in Bitwise some what not good, and totally dependent on project. In some of the projects you will have to work on weekends too but you'll get compoff for that. But everyone needs weekend off right ?

The work is amazing for one who loves works depsite few challenges like long hrs or high pressure and severe deadlines. If one loves taking challenges then it's dream job as there is no shortage of work. Not many facilities ,but 6 mthly increments
