Joined as fresher and had best learning opportunities. Environment is happy and you want to learn more and more. Seniors were good and highly skilled.

Dislikes

Due to international client leaves didn't get approved most of the time which impact work life balance. Developers were assigned to support production batches which compromised weekend holidays. Comp off were given but personal stable schedule impacted.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Working on ETL tools collaboratively with passionate developers gives me the opportunity to use the knowledge gained over the years and enhances it each day with new projects. WFH option helps in maintaining a good work life balance.

Salary on time and work culture is good.

Dislikes

No increment in salary from last 2 years. They have created new salary structure as per that first 10% is progressive variable pay and above that you will get in fixed salary but what appraisal they gave is only 10% so not getting any hike in fixed salary (not a single rupee hike). And if I talk about variable pay they only gave for first quarter and for second quarter not given a single rupee.
