Work life balance is worst. No, timing, we are working 9 AM in the early morning to 1 or 2 AM late nigh on a daily basis. Also employees are hiring for another profile and put into another one. No automation, all works are 90% Manual. No function organised by company. They are keeping you off role min 2 years and Max 15-17 years also. Some employees are not get on role from 15 years.
Worst. We are working 16-16 hours daily. There is no fixed timing.

The managers are non supportive, give undue targets , the recruiting leads come from BPO organisations and give undue targets for hiring 50+ IT candidates month in month and DONOT support on the ground when we face problems. They just know about numbers . When we are not able to fulfill targets inspite of working so hard they come to the conclusion that we are mot working at all . although they tell us that Birlasoft works for 5 days a week, the recruitment team works on all saturdays conducting drives without any comp off or any extra pay. Although they mention in offer letter for travel reimbursement, wifi and phone bill reimbursement but they reject it when we apply for the same....Read More

1. Management is not good. They treat people like slave. 2. Micromanagement 3. Low quality of deliverables in order to reduce timeline. 4. No proper design and development 5.
