Nothing was good here. Senior management is greedy for everything that comes. They want everything from appraisal to onsite visits for themselves. Birlasoft has a concept of dry promotions. They would be very miserable in giving appraisal. Most of company has testers and support engineers and very minimal of software development happens here

There are not many benefits but freshers and 1-2 years experience persons will get good experience and knowledge.

I worked as a third party to ultratech cement production support project. Work load is at peaks most of the time and IT network infrastructure practice is poor at my location unit. Most of the Users don't have minimum basic knowledge on how to use the computers and what they are doing with it. All the old employees are mostly got the jobs through recommendation.
