No service line test managers. Management does not have any idea how to improve testing , activities .Ignoring the employees. making the biggest mistakes from management side and saying that your name has been missed for Visa procesing. IT clearly shows how carelessly they are working .Very late reply for mails. It took 20 days to reply for urgent mails from management.careless answers for employee from management. Each person tells different answers why employee name has been missing for visa processing list .At the end they say that you should have contacted service line test managers. I have been asking the for long time whom should I contact regarding Visa processing .they said your account manager .After reaching him , he says he nominated my name.Waited for 2 years . followed up several times, no reply.. At the end Birlasoft manager says we cannot process as we dont have opportunities.You should have contacted ur service line test manager. these things they should have told me earlier . They release the offer letter very early.
As early as they release the offer letter, same way they release the employee too. No job security. Clients they work with are not professional and do micromanage. Once you are on bench, HR will call you and tell you to submit resignation right in front of her.

Extremely poor appraisals lowest in the entire industry and no one listens to you if you ask for work in specific technology. HR's are always not reachable. They didn't help you in any manner. If you complaint about appraisal they ask to talk to manager and if they don't listen talk to their manager and the cycle goes on and on. Also Don't expect anything during festivals.
