Only good thing to write about it s work flexibility and smart work model, but only for those who have a project.

Dislikes

Many to list out. No project allocation assurance. Arrogant mannerless HR recruiters, especially from Noida location. Internal politics. Favoritism. Hire and fire.

I worked for 1.8 yrs and it was good journey, i got chance work in latest tech stack like .net core microservices and angular 13, react js applications using .net core api, Azure Cosmos db overall learning and growth is good and timely salaries. mostly employees are base of Pune,Noida so no spoc at Hyd location, so we can simply finish our work and virtually report to p.m and sign off for the day....Read More

Compensation benefits is what made me stayed here.

The compensation benefits are too slow. It takes month to get the compensation. Need to improve at micro management.

Just average. Thought of a great MNC, but its just another MNC. Nothing great to join for. Compensation benefits are so slow that sometimes you stop asking them out of irritation. If anyone is joining, ask about appraisal and variable cycle.
