They release the offer letter very early.

As early as they release the offer letter, same way they release the employee too. No job security. Clients they work with are not professional and do micromanage. Once you are on bench, HR will call you and tell you to submit resignation right in front of her.

Good thing salary comes on 1st of Every month.

No job security, once the project is over they don't have much client to move you in some other projects, were you are forced to resign. Salery dedection is very high , HR doesn't gives any clarity of the dedection which is worst policy.

Most of the manager are doing micro management with fresher and gives threats of HR's continuosly. Some of one are worst with short knowledge which leads layoff of fresher. I saw one Sr. Technical Lead who doesn't know meaning of HBU and VBU . Just useless

Nothing was good here. Senior management is greedy for everything that comes. They want everything from appraisal to onsite visits for themselves. Birlasoft has a concept of dry promotions. They would be very miserable in giving appraisal. Most of company has testers and support engineers and very minimal of software development happens here

During my tenure at Birlasoft, as my project was good so, I had very good work life balance. I feel it mostly it depends on your manager. After certain level you have the variable income as well. Your manager can put you for VISA nominations after your certain tenure completion.

Increments. Promotions can be taken up after certain tenure only. No performance based bonus apart from the CTC..

There are not many benefits but freshers and 1-2 years experience persons will get good experience and knowledge.

I worked as a third party to ultratech cement production support project. Work load is at peaks most of the time and IT network infrastructure practice is poor at my location unit. Most of the Users don't have minimum basic knowledge on how to use the computers and what they are doing with it. All the old employees are mostly got the jobs through recommendation. 1. Management is not good. They treat people like slave. 2. Micromanagement 3. Low quality of deliverables in order to reduce timeline. 4. No proper design and development 5. No learning and personal growth 6. Parking issue if you go to office late. 7. Promotions and hikes are very less. Most deserving emplyees are getting 2-3% hike. 8. Need to login on weekends as well

Pathetic people in HR department. There is no proper transparency on the policies. They even mislead new joiners during onboarding process by communicating incorrect information to save cost. Moreover, they are masters in fabricating the facts during offer release.

All is good until you are in project, most of the team is in other locations and good package

No organization updates or team outings or team lunch. Don't expect any such activities. Once you are not in project, everything is out of reach and no one is bothered to check with you.
