There is a scope definitely for the immense growth, but you cannot be all ears all the time. Facilities are good Global Business Emphasize on Learning Automation - Digitalization Agile but taking toll on somebody is not good

Work Life Balance Until Automation everything is in Excel, Excel is life here, way to survive (Create some dashboards and you are treated as King) Departmental Structures - There are few blind spots which they feel are excellent workers, loyal workers but it is not the reality.
