Role Objective:

- Role is responsible for overseeing global recruitment, managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, coordinating international operations, and driving digitization initiatives.
- Additionally, it focuses on fostering a collaborative and engaged work environment across subsidiaries and teams.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education & Experience: A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Global talent acquisition expertise:
- Proven experience of 8 to 10 years in international recruitment, HR operations and coordination.
- Strong capabilities in manpower planning and organizational structuring.
HR Operations Management:
- Experience in managing HR processes across global locations, including payroll, compliance, and international assignment policies.
- Vendor management expertise.
International HR Coordination:
- Skilled in recruitment planning, sourcing, and induction for global entities.
- Knowledge of payroll processes, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
HR Analytics & Operations:
- Proficient in HR analytics and generating MIS reports.
- Familiar with recruitment, performance management, and international assignment processes.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead manpower planning and organizational structuring for international teams and subsidiaries.
- Manage and coordinate with global search firms and recruitment agencies.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies for all international entities.
- Source candidates for international vacancies through multiple channels, including job portals, recruitment consultants, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for senior international hires.
- Develop a strong understanding of payroll processes, employment laws, and employer liabilities across multiple countries.
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely disbursements and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Implement and manage HR processes such as performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and rewards and recognition for international teams.
- Coordinate HR interventions and processes across international subsidiaries and manufacturing facilities.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to implement initiatives across global locations.
- Formulate and implement international assignment policies and processes.
- Address and manage employee grievances across international teams.
- Drive digitization efforts for HR processes across global entities.
- Provide HR analytics and MIS reports for international HR interventions.
- Manage international HR vendors and ensure timely payments for services rendered.
