Description
- Formulate and implement HR strategies for support function
- Oversee talent acquisition and HR business partnering for the support function
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and practices
- Manage talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Drive performance management initiatives
- Act as a liaison between employees and management
- Facilitate HR-related training and development programs
- Manage employee grievances and address them in a timely manner
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices
- Location is Mumbai and completely work from office (5 days a week)
- Candidate should come with experience working in the financial services industry
