Job Description - This role requires a seasoned HR professional to manage the Compensation & Benefits functions in a financial services company.

Description
- Implementation of a comprehensive and competitive C&B program to ensure that the organisation remains competitive and can attract top talent.
- Lead strategic direction, planning, and requirements to execute the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company's compensation programs, including incentives, benefits, and executive compensation
- Experience in strategizing compensation structures for Sales employees [MUST]
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs to ensure they are aligned with our business and talent strategies and monitor market trends to make recommendations for changes
- Manage vendor relationships including, but not limited to, third party administrators, health and welfare advisors and retirement plan advisors, actuaries, plan auditors, and others
- Align the reward strategy with business goals
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors
- Conduct market benchmarking studies
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs
- Provide leadership in change management initiatives
- Good experience in stakeholder management for global counterparts and prior experience in designing, formulating & implementing of C&B programs
- Open to Mumbai as a location and 5 days WFO
- Candidate should come with experience dealing with the financial services industry
