Job Description - As the South Sales Head, you will be responsible for business development and specification both in government and private sector for Infrastructure Projects. You will own all projects from concept stage to construction and lead the team in Sales.

Description

The 'South Sales Head' will be responsible for the following:

- Establish and lead the Infrastructure Division for the entire south region of India

- Develop a robust strategy for expanding into multi-product lines

- Oversee all project sales, ensuring successful delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters.

- Develop a roadmap to establish market visibility for the company

Profile

A successful South Sales Head - Infra Division should have:

- Core sales experience with a track record of scaling a business, driving growth, and establishing new markets.

- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, construction chemicals, geosynthetics or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- End to end experience in infrastructure sector, managing big projects with key decision makers in various government department.
