As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR leadership, driving talent strategy, employee engagement, workforce management, and HR operations across all levels. This role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic vision, and operational excellence to support a fast-growing, high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with CXOs and leadership teams to drive organization-wide initiatives.
- Drive people analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Design and implement HR policies and workforce planning for diverse employee groups.
- Lead workforce engagement, retention, and productivity strategies.
- Manage compliance and employee relations for a large, distributed workforce.
- Drive hiring, retention, engagement, and DEI initiatives.
Key requirements:
- MBA in HR from a reputed institute is a must.
- 15+ years of HR leadership experience in large-scale organizations.
- Industry Experience: Combination of Tech + FMCG/E-commerce/Logistics.
- Strong expertise in handling blue, grey, and white-collar employees.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in HR digital transformation & data-driven HR strategies.
- Proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
