Head - Human Resources - IT (15-20 yrs)

We are hiring a Head of HR (Female Candidates Only) for a leading global IT services company. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in International HR, expertise in strategic HR functions, and a proven track record in an IT services organization

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple geographies.

- Oversee talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement for global teams.

- Drive organizational development, leadership development, and succession planning across regions.

- Provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the core leadership team.

- Strong understanding of global employment laws, regulations, and cultural differences

- Develop a comprehensive global learning and development framework to enhance employee skills and competencies

- Partner with business leaders to drive a high-performance culture and employee experience initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in IT services.

- Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in the HR role, with at least 5 years of executive HR experience and at least five years of international HR experience (USA, UK, and Canada preferred).

- Strong understanding of global HR policies and driving HR transformation and strategic workforce planning.

- Willingness to work in US shift (Night Shift).

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field preferred.
