Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives.
Lead the HR team in strengthening the following areas
- company culture
- recruitment
- talent management
- employee engagement
- performance management
- learning and development
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement workforce planning strategies to support the company's growth.
- Oversee the compensation and benefits program to ensure it is competitive and aligned with the company's objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of HR trends & best practices & make recommendations for their implementation.
Qualifications and working experience
MBA in HR
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in a rapidly growing organisation, preferably in the ad tech, advertising or IT sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
